Download ImageArtichoke Puff Pastry Tart IngredientsTart:1 box – 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, 1 egg whisked, Everything Bagel SeasoningFilling:2 cans artichoke hearts, drained2 1/2 Tbs whipped cream cheese1 egg, whisked1⁄2 cup Ricotta cheese1 cup Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated1⁄4 tsp garlic salt1⁄8 tsp freshly ground pepper1 Tbs fresh parsley, roughly chopped1⁄2 cup fresh mozzarella (tiny balls or large balls chopped into 1⁄2 inch pieces)1 Tbs capersToppings: lemon zest, fresh parsley, fresh ground pepper, crushed red pepper, additional Parmesan (optional)Directions1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set box of puff pastry out to thaw 30 minutes before using.2. Place dough on parchment paper, sprinkle with flour. Roll out dough into a 9×13 rectangle. Score one inch border around edge of tart. Brush border with egg.3. Roll out second sheet to the same size. Cut 4 – 1 inch strips & layer around the outer edge of tart. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with Bagel Seasoning.4. Smear cream cheese evenly over middle of the tart.5. Mix remaining egg, Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt & pepper together. Fill middle of tart with the mixture.6. Place artichokes evenly over filling. Add fresh mozzarella into crevices & drained capers over top.7. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. If border starts to brown, tent entire tart loosely with aluminum foil. 8. Top with zest & desired ingredients. Source : www.instagram.com
