Ingredients 250 gr chicken fillet2 pips garlic1/2 tsp white pepper1 tsp soy sauce1/2 tsp salt or to taste1 tbsp corn startch1 tbsp tapioca flour1 tsp sesame oilSmall amount of all-purpose flour Instructions 1. Put all ingredients in a food processor except ap flour. Mashed all together. –2. Put 3 or 4 tbsp of chicken on a wrapper. Roll it then seal. –3. Steam for 15 minutes. Chill out. –4. Slice diagonally about 1 cm thick. –5. Coat them thinly with flour. –6. Fry until golden brown. Served with your favourite sauce. Wrapper Ingredients 250 gr all purpose flour250 ml water1 egg1 tbsp vegetable oilA pinch of salt Instructions 1. Mix all the ingredients. –2. Heat up a non-stick pan with a bit oil on it. –3.
