Cheesy String Bomb Ingredients

4 medium size potato boiled and mashed1/2 cup of shredded cheese1 tsp- Cayenne powder1 tsp- Cumin powder1 tsp- Dried herb1 tsp- Dried chilli ( optional)Salt to tasteHand full of Coriander10 cube of cheese ( I used Cathedral city block cheese) @cathedral_city_uk cut in cubes2 eggsHot & Spicy fried chicken coating

Method

Mash the potato until smoothAdd all the above dried ingredients expect chicken coating to the potato and mix well until all seasoning is combined.Mould the potato into a ball and use thumb to create a well.Add the cube cheese in the well and mould it back to form a ballCoat with egg until all area is coveredNow add it to the spicy fried chicken coating, ensure all the potato is covered to avoid crackingHeat the oil hot, put the gas on medium heat and deep fry 1 minute on each side until golden brown.Voila!
