Preheat the oven @180 Celsius for 15 minIn a measuring cup add milk with yeast , salt and sugar and let it rest for 15-30 min until it’s frothyIn the stand mixer add flour , butter and egg and add the yeast mixture to make a doughLet the dough rest for 1 hourRoll the dough over the surface and cut into 12 equal piecesFill each piece with 1 teaspoon each of pizza sauce first then chicken and veggies filling and finally add cheese inside and roll again like a ballPlace all the dough balls in the pre greased pan and brush with the garlic butter mixture over the topBake in oven @ 150 Celsius for 25-30 min until golden brownBrush again with the garlic butter and enjoy
