Cajun Chicken Butterfly Ingredients 6 pieces of chicken drumstick2 Tbs- plain flour, add 1 tsp pepper and paprika2 Medium eggs1.5 cup bread crumbs Creamy Cajun Naga Sauce 60g- Butter (I used @lurpakuk )5- Fresh garlic clove minced/ diced1.5 tsp-Garlic powder2 tsp-Paprika1.5 tbs-Chicken seasoning1 tsp black pepper1.5 tsp-Onion powder1 tsp-Italian Seasoning1.5 tsp- chilli flakes1 tsp- cayenne pepper1 cup double cream1 Spice master naga sauceSpring onion for garnishing (Optional)Oil to fry ( or use air fryer ) Method Butterfly the drumsticks. Watch the reel how it’s done.Wash and pat dry the drumstickDub the drumstick in flour, then egg and coat fully in breadcrumbs.Fry in oil for 10 minutes on each time on medium heat until golden.Separate pan add butter and all the dried ingredients above including garlic and stir for a minute. (I added butter in 2 batch for anaesthetic purposes you can add it all at once)Add double cream until you get the consistency you want. Let the sauce cook a further minute before adding spicemaster naga sauce adjust it to your spice level and stir for 1 minuteNow pour the sauce over the chicken coating all areas.
