Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins Ingredients Dry ingredients (mix them all):2 cups all-purpose flour2 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder1⁄4 teaspoon salt1 cup sugarWet ingredients (mix them all except the blueberries):2 eggs2 teaspoon vanilla extract1⁄2 cup vegetable oil3⁄4 1⁄2 cup (300 ml) buttermilk1 cup blueberries Crumbs (Mix Them All) 3 tbsp all-purpose flour2 tbsp sugar3 tbsp cold, unsalted butter, cut into small pieces Instructions 1. Preheat oven at temperature 220c. Line the muffin tin.2. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Whisk until well-combined.3. Add blueberries in. Stir to combine.4. Spoon the batter to muffin well (almost full), then sprinkle the crumbs on top.5. Put in the oven for about 5 minutes, then lower the heat (keep the door closed) to 175c.
