Cut the meat, then pounded. Safe aside.2. Saute the brown onion until translucent.3. Add the mashed spices in. Stir until fragrant and a bit darker in colour.4. Put the meat in, then black pepper and all the sauce. Combine it well.5. Pour 2 cups of the beef broth. Bring to boil.6. Lower the heat. Cook until the meat tender.7.
