Download Image10 Minute Anchovy Pasta Ingredients450 g dried pasta of choice3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil5 cloves garlic (minced)2 tbsp anchovy filets (minced)1 tbsp capers (rinsed & minced)1 tsp chilli flakes (to taste)2 tbsp parsley (chopped)2 tbsp breadcrumbs (toasted)1 cup parmesan (freshly grated)StepsAdd pasta into a large pot of salted boiling water & cook according to package instructions, until al dente (reserve 1 cup of pasta water)Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium high & add olive oil.When hot, add garlic, cook & stir continuously for 1 min.Add anchovies, capers & chilli flakes, cook for 1 min & remove from heat.Drain pasta, add into the pan, along with 1/2 cup pasta water, mix well & taste to adjust seasoning (add some salt or more pasta water if necessary)Remove from heat, transfer pasta onto plates/bowls, garnish with parsley, breadcrumbs & parmesan, serve with lemon slices/wedges.
