Ingredients 12 slices bread toastFlour paste ( 2 tbsp flour 4 tbsp water)PistachiosAshtaSimple syrup/ atirVegetable oil for deep frying Ashta 2 cups whipping cream2 cups milk1/4 cup sugar8 tbsp corn starch1tbsp orange blossom water Simple Syrup 2 cups sugar1 cup water1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp oranagr blossom water Note use the bread that we cut to make bread crumbs Instructions 1: prepare ashta by mixing together whipping cream, milk, sugar and corn starch whisk till allCombined then turn on the heat and keep mixing so they don’t stick to the bottom when gets thick add orange blossom water and mix take out the heat transitory a plate and let it cool then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.2: prepare the simple syrup by mixing sugar and water when start bubbling add lemon juice and orange blossom water then let it bubble for 5 minutes on medium high take out the heat and let it cool down.3: take bread then roll very thin cut the edges fill with ashta brush the end with the flour paste then roll and close tight.4: when finish the whole amount heat little bit of oil then deep fry on medium heat till golden color and crispy.5; remove and place on a paper towel then dip in simple syrup and pistachios.
