Mango Pomelo Sago Ingredients 2 big mango (3 normal mango)1/2 grapefruit (original should be pomelo, I can’t get it)500ml water50g sago50g rock sugar75ml coconut milk75ml evaporated milk Directions 1. Sock the sago in water, set aside.2. Tear the grapefruit into strips and cut half of the mango into cubes, blend half of the mango into juice. Set aside.3. Boil rock sugar over low heat until melted. Set aside until cool down totally.4. Boil water in another pot over medium high heat, add sago and keep stirring for 8-10 mins. Remove from stove and cover the pot with lid for 5-7 mins.
