Dip the fish into beaten egg then coat with tapioca flour. Fry them. Save aside.2. Saute onion, and garlic till fragrant.3. Add in the red bell pepper. Stir till wilted.4. Add white pepper and all sauces.5. Pour a bit water. Check the taste.6. Add the mixture of corn starch. Mix well till thickened.7. Add the fried fish in. Mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat. Served.
