Scallion Steam Buns Ingredients Dough:500g all purpose flour ( I use 300g AP flour and 200g spelt wheat flour)2 tsp yeast290g Luke warm water1 tsp salt Filling 20g oil2 chopped scallions1 tsp salt* Use a small pan on medium heat, cook everything until the oil is fragrant, about 3 minutes or so.Set aside to cool. Instructions 1. Mix and knead everything together until the dough is smooth ( or use a stand mixer with a hook attachment for 15 minutes)2. Put the dough in a greased bowl, wrap the bowl with plastic and leave in a warm place to proof for about 1-1.5 hours until the dough doubles in size.3. roll the dough out into a rectangular shape(not too thin)4.
