Roasted Grape And Burrata Bruschetta With Lemon Zest Ingredients Fresh Burrata3 cups seedless grapes1 Tbs olive oil1 Tbs balsamic vinegar2 Tbs honeyzest from 1⁄2 lemon1⁄4 tsp dried thyme or 5 sprigs fresh thymepinch saltfresh pepperfresh mint, optional Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Toss grapes with oil, vinegar, honey, thyme and salt. Roast 20 minutes, tossing once. Remove from oven, cool a little. Place burratta on your serving plate and pour the grapes and the amazing liquid they let loose around the burrata. Top with lemon zest and freshly ground pepper. Serve with crusty bread.
