Mix ingredients for oatmeal and boil on medium for 2-3 mins until thicken// add 200g liquid and ignore the boiling process2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnightFor Matcha Ganache:Mix 40g yogurt with 4g soy protein, matcha powder n maple syrupFor Choc Ganache:Mix 20g yogurt with 2g soy protein, cacao powder n choc syrup=================1. Mix those ganache and cut those fruits2. Place figs on top and pour on yogurt ganaches3. Draw eye-brows with choc yogurt n decorate those horns with matcha yogurt4. Optional: refrigerate for 15 mins for thicker texture5. Add pitaya and serveNotes1. If using whey protein for the ganache, add more powder if it’s not thick enough2.
