Knead around 4-5 minutes until you get a smooth texture.Place the dough in a ball form in its bowl and cover for one hour.Divide the dough in 6 balls and roll it into thin flatbreads.Heat a pan on high heat and just before you place the dough inside, lower to medium high.Let it cook for 1-2 minutes and once air bubbles start forming, flip and cook 10-20 seconds.Flip back and place your toppings on the barely cooked side.You can either keep the bread open or fold in half.Cook for another minute or 2 and that’s it!
