Download ImageIngredients (Makes 2)– 1 cup kimchi– 150-160gr flour– 2 tsp gochujang paste– 1/2 tsp salt– 2 stalks of green onion– 160-200ml waterWays– cut the green onion– in a bowl, mix all ingredients except gochujang paste. *add the water little by little until the batter reaches the right consistency– add gochujang paste and mix well– heat oil in a pan, pour the batter and spread with a spatula to form a round shape– fry until the bottom is crispy & flip– cook the other side until crispy too, serve warm Source : www.instagram.com
