Mix all ingredients except butter until well-combined.2. Add butter. Knead until the dough is not sticky anymore.3. Spread some flour on a working board, then divide the dough into small balls (i divided into 12 doughnuts)4. Cover them with a cloth. Let them proof.5. Flat the dough ball a bit, then, by using a piping nozzle, make a hole in the middle.6. Cover with a cloth again. Let them proof for about 20 mins.7.
