Easy Stir Fry Vermicelli Ingredients 200 gr dried vermicelli / Beehoon250 gr shrimps, deshelled100 gr shredded cabbage100 gr Carrots, julienned100 gr cucumber, deseeded and julienned4 garlic, minced7 small shallots, minced6 tbsp neutral oil5 eggs1/2 cup water Seasoning 3 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp msg1/2-1 tsp pepper powder1 tbsp sugar1/2-1 Salt (adjust to taste) Steps 1. Submerge vermicelli in room temperature water for 10-20 mins or according to package. Strain2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and make omelette egg. slice into thin strips3. Heat remaining oil, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant then cook the shrimps4. Add veggies, stir fry for a min5. Add vermicelli/beehoon along with seasonings, toss6.
