Ingredients Mutton 750 gms with bonesGinger garlic paste 2 tablespoonsSalt to tasteKashmiri red pepper powder 1 teaspoonBlack crushed pepper 1 teaspoonwhole Cumin 1 teaspoonFresh roasted and crushed coriander powder 1 teaspoonTomatoes 8 medium sized cut in two halvesYogurt or laban 1/2 cupcooking Cream 2-3 tablespoonsGreen chillies 4-6ghee or oil 1 cupwater 1 cup Method In a wok add ghee and then add the mutton pieces with ginger garlic paste and cook on medium to high flame for 12-14 min until color of the mutton changesAdd 1 cup of water and cook on low flame for 15-20 min covering the lid until mutton is tender and 80% cookedAdd tomatoes in half and cook for 10min covering the lid until tomato peel is tender and can be removed ,Now remove the peel and cook on medium flame removing the lid for 5 minAdd the spices , yogurt and cream mix and cook on low to medium flame for 8-10 min until the ghee comes upgarnish with chilies and coriander and lemon slices Source : www.instagram.com
