Crispy Vegetables Fritters (Bakwan Sayur) Ingredients Fritter:350 gr shredded cabbage300 gr shredded carrots200 gr Chopped Scallion200 gr Bean sprouts7 garlic cloves, grated12 small shallots, grated1 1/4 cup all purpose flour1 cup rice flour2 tsp pepper powder2 tsp chicken stock powder1-2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)250-280 ml ice Water2 eggsOil for fryingDipping sauce:5 garlic cloves, minced8 long chili, minced1 tsp salt3 tbsp sugar2 tbsp Rice vineger1 cup water Steps 1. Dipping: mix well all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.2. Fritters: combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except oil3. Heat oil, scoop 2-3 tbsp of vegetable mixture into the hot oil and flatten the mounds4. Fry fritters 1-2 min on each sides until crispy and golden brown over medium heat. (Fry them in batches)5.
