Ingredients 1 cup potatoes, boiled1 cup chicken, boiled1 medium red onion, chopped2 green chilieshandful of cilantroHandful of green onion1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp red chili flakes1 tsp coriander coarsely ground1 tsp cumin coarsely ground2 eggs1 cup dry breadcrumbs1/2 cup oil for frying Method Coarsely ground the spices.Boil and mash potatoes and chickenFinely Chop onion, green onion, cilantro and green chiliMix potato and chicken along with all the spices.Add onion, green onion, cilantro and green chiliMix well. Adjust the saltShape the cutlets with your wet hands.In a medium bowl whisk the eggs together with the water.In a separate bowl or plate add the dry breadcrumbs.Carefully dip each cutlet in the egg mixture first, and then the breadcrumbs covering the surface completely. Place on a tray.Heat oil in a medium sized fry pan, and add the cutlets.
