Creamy Mushroom Alfredo Ingredients 250 gms spaghetti/fettuccine1 small onion4-5 garlic cloves400 gms mushroom3-4 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup cream1/4 cup parmesan cheeseHandful black olives1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp chili flakes1 tsp lemon zestHandful fresh parsley Steps Cook the pasta acc al dente acc to package instructionsIn a large pan, heat 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the onions & garlic & cook until translucentNow add the diced mushrooms & sautee until they turn brown. Remove & set aside.Add butter until melted. Whisk in the flour & cook for 1 minadd the broth, cream, cheese, olives & seasonings.Reduce the heat to low & simmer the sauce for 2-3 mins or until it thickens.Finally, add the onions, garlic, mushrooms & pasta.Add pasta water if required.
