I sliced it in 3 due to sizeAdd all the ingredients in step 1 and massage itIn a pan add butter and fry the chicken 8 minutes on each side until cooked throughRemove the chicken leave asideIn the same pan add garlic and mushroom and fry until chestnut in colour.Add the chicken stock give it a stir, add double cream followed by black pepper and parsley.Once the sauce starts to bubble add the chicken and cook it for further 10 minutes.Voila !
