Braise chopped onion till soft and slightly golden brown. Don’t overcook it. Add ground garlic and green chillies. Cook for a minute, then mix in frozen corn along with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and aromat. Cover and cook on medium heat till it starts sizzling and corn releases water. Cook uncovered till the water dries out. Add chopped green pepper and cook for a minute or two until everything is cooked well.Remove from heat and let it cool completely.Thereafter, add: sweet corn, 3 tyles of cheese, dry flour, and freshly chopped coriander.
