Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger till fragrant.2. Add cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir.3. Add tomatoes, then all powders. Stir it well.4. Add carrot and coriander leaves, then pour a bit water. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat.5. In a rice cooker bowl, combine the rice, cooked spices, salt, and lemon juice all together.6.
