Place The Chicken Strips On A Baking Sheet And Brush Both Sides With Olive Oil. Coat Each Strip With The Oat Mix, Pressing With Your Hands. Chill In The Fridge For An Hour Then Place In A Preheated Oven On 200 Degrees For 35 Minutes Or Until The Chicken Is Cooked Through And The Crust Is Crunchy.
