Download ImageIngredients500g of lamb mince1 tsp of salt20g of parsley, finely chopped1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced4 garlic cloves, grated2 heaped tbsp of pepper paste1 tbsp of ground cumin1/2 tbsp of ground coriander1 tbsp of pul biber1 tsp of sumac1 tsp of black pepper1 tsp of paprika1.5tsp of mint jelly (or use dried/fresh mint)1 egg1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbsInstructions1. Place all the ingredients, bar the mince, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix.2. Add in the mince and using your hands incorporate it all together.3. Crack in the egg and mix again.4. Mix in the breadcrumbs.5. Cover and leave to chill in the fridge for half an hour.6. You can load them up on metal skewers and bbq, pan cook or throw them on the bbq.7.
