Pick the base with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 180C.Let it cool completely down then fill it.Mix all the filling ingredients together, butter and cream cheese should be soft at room temperature and the blueberry jam shouldn’t be hot, save a couple of tbsps of the Jam sauce to color the whipping cream.Decorate with lemon zest and fresh blueberries, then dust some powder sugar for a glamorous look Source : www.instagram.com
