Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor, blend until well combinedWrapping:1. Take a piece of wonton sheet, place 1-2 tsp of the filling in the center of the sheet. Brush the edges of the wontons sheets with water2. fold the wonton into a triangle3. Then brush again with water on one of the pointy ends and bring the other end and pinch4. Do the remaining, you will get 50 piecesCooking and stir fry:1. Fill water 1/2 way into a large pot. Bring it to a boil.2. Transfer wanton into the boiling water. Cover with lid3. While the wontons is cooking. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, saute garlic and shallot until golden4. Add eggs and scramble, push scrambled eggs to a side5. add minced Chicken to the other side of the wok/pan and cook until brown and mix together6. Lower the heat, Transfer cooked wontons directly into the chicken mixture, along with chopped vegetables, and seasonings.
