Preheat your oven to 300.2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients minus the dried fruit. Mix it all together well.3. On a parchment lined pan, add granola and spread out evenly.4. Place in oven bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove and mix well, so that the granola cooks evenly.5. Place back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes. Watching carefully to make sure it does not burn.6. Remove from the oven let completely cool. once cooked, add in your dried fruit (if using) and store in an airtight container.
