Download ImageIngredients You’ll Need (Feel Free To Customize)•3 cups of oats (regular or gf)•1 cup raw pecans•1/4 cup pumpkin seeds•1/4 cup flax seeds, @canmarfoods•1/2 cup pumpkin purée•1/3 cup coconut oil, melted•1/3 cup maple syrup•1/2 tsp sea salt•1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (you can adjust this but I love the flavour)•1/2 tsp cinnamon•2 tsp vanillaThe DetailsPreheat the oven to 325.add the dry ingredients to a large bowl mix.melt the coconut oil, and add in the pumpkin maple syrup.Mix the wet & dry ingredients.Once well mixed, add the ingredients to a parchment lined pan, spread the granola out evenly.Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 mins, stirring halfway through.At the 25 min mark, check on granola, if edges are browned it’s done.Remove from oven let completely cool, the granola will harden when cooking.Store in an airtight jar for up to a month!
