Shawerma Taco

Ingredients

1 1/2 kilo back straps cut into strips1/4 cup white vinegar1/2 cup yogurt1/2 cup vegetable oil1 tbsp paprika1⁄2 tsp turmeric1 tbsp shawerma spices1 tbsp 7 spicesBlack pepperSalt

Instructions

Add all the ingredients on top of the beef.Mix it very well. Cover and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.After 4 hours add 1 tbsp of oil into a large skillet and cook your meat stirring occassionally until all the marinades dry and the meat is tender.For the tahini sauce:1/2 cup tahini 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup water and saltwhisk them all together if it appears lumpy keep wisking until it smooth out also u may need to add a bit more water it depends if u like it thick or runny
