Ingredients 1 kg chuck beef or ribeye or blade1 onion/ 3 garlic cloves/ 1 bayleaf4 cups yogurt2 cups beef broth3 tbsp corn starch1 tsp salt or more for your likingParsley or dried mint Instructions 1: cut meat into cubes then wash with cold water2: add the meat in the pressure cooker with water then press the sauté button3: scoop out the scum till water clear then add the onion, garlic and bayleaf4: close and pressure cook for 35 minutes5: when the time up wait couple minutes then do pressure release.6: take out the meat and strain the liquid to use with the yogurt.7: in a pot add yogurt, beef broth, corn starch and salt8:whisk all together then turn on the heat to high and keep stirring till it start bubbling.9: lower the heat then add the meat add fresh parsley or dried mint and let it simmer for 5 minutes then serve with vermicelli rice Source : www.instagram.com
