Download ImageIngredients350g cleaned prawnsPacket of linguine pasta1 jar of tomato basil purée (700g)7 crushed garlic1 onion choppedChilli flakesSmall thickened cream bottleSmall Handful of chopped basil220g of sliced Kalamata olivesPacket of baby cherry tomato’s 250g1 tablespoon dried oregano1 chicken stock cubeFeta cheese to garnishMethodsFirst boil the pasta according to packet instructions and set aside.In a pot drizzle a good amount of oil and sauté the onion, garlic & chilli till soft.Add salt, pepper, oregano, chicken stock cube, basil, tomatoes & olives and mix for 3 minutes.Pour in the basil tomato purée and thickened cream & mix till all combined well and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.add in prawns and leave to simmer for another 10 minutes till sauce has thickened & Prawns are pink/cooked.Add In the pasta and mix till everything is well combined.
