I used the @pastry_delights_sa ones.Brush both ends of the pastry with eggwash.Add a teaspoon of the chutney in the middle.Top with sliced patha ( im using a readymade one). I promise I’ll share a recipe for it as soon as i can.Fold and close as shown.Make sure the pastry is overlapping each other on top.Eggwash the top and sprinkle sesame seeds.Freeze for an hour ( this is very important, or the puffs will all open up when baked).Bake at 180c until done.Enjoy.
