Remove & set aside.In the same kadai, add ghee, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon & let it fry for 30 secs.Now add the onion, ginger-garlic paste & saute until translucent.Add the tomato puree, spices- cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, pepper & salt. Cook until tomato puree thickens.Add the mushrooms, cream & cook for 5 mins.Stir in the fenugreek & coriander leaves. Mix well. Serve hot with steamed rice. Source : www.instagram.com
