Marshmallow Fondant

Ingredients

2 ounces marshmallows1 tsp milk or water1/4 cup icing sugar

Instructions

1. In a safe-microwave bowl, mix marshmallow and water.2. Heat up in a microwave for 1 minutes. Take it out every 30 secs, then stir.3. Add icing sugar. Mix.4. Put it on worktop, knead it until well-combined. (You can always add icing sugar if the fondant still sticky*).5. Marshmallow fondant is ready to use!*more you’re working on it, softer the fondant become, because of the heat of your palm. Once you put it aside, it would be hardened.
