Potato is always a good idea when it comes to a carbo alternative.

There are many recipes that is using potatoes as the main ingredients. The simplest one is French fries. Or, you can cook it with French style, Potato Au Gratin, Danish style Frikadeller, in Japan, they have a famous Japanese potato salad that is usually served as a staple, or you want to try  Bosnian style named Kljukusa.

Kljukusa is a “potato” pie that is commonly served in every house in Bosnia. In Herzegovina, Kljukusa has a different name, Izlivaca.

Kljukusa is enjoyed as a main course for breakfast, as a snack, or as a side dish for the meat menu.
