Crispy Ginger Chicken Ingredients 2 large chicken breast1 tbsp Lee Kum kee premium soya sauce2 tbsp minced ginger2 minced garlic cloves1 cup flourOil to deep fry1 tbsp sesame or olive oil1 large carrot1 large sweet pepper3 tbsp minced ginger3 minced garlic clovesRoasted Sesame seedsChives or green onion Sauce 1/2 cup Lee Kum kee premium soya sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup water1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp corn starch1/2 to 1 tsp chilli flakes Instructions 1: wash and cut Chicken breast in half then cut into strips not too thin and not too thick medium size.2: add soya sauce, minced ginger and minced garlic to the chicken and mix.3: add flour on top the chicken and mix good.4: use the strainer to take out any access of flour.5: heat vegetable or canola oil then deep fry the chicken on high heat for few minutes takes about 3 to 4 minutes.6: when finish deep frying the chicken.7: cut carrot and sweet pepper into thin strips and set on the side.8: in a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients listed above them set on the side.9: in a pan add olive or sesame oil then add garlic and ginger cook for few minutes then add veggies and sauté for a bit.10: after few minutes add in the sauce, mix all together, when the sauce start bubbling and getting thicker add in the chicken and mix.11: top with sesame seeds and chives or green onion for garnish.12: Served with a side of sticky rice.
