Combine everything (except tofu) in a bowl, mix until well combined2. Add in tofu and soak for one min then strain3. Strain flour mixture into another bowl4. Add oil in a large wok or pan, fry tofu in hot oil over high medium- high heat for 20-25 mins until tofu forms hard shell and crispy5. Stir the flour mixture, over high heat drizzle slowly and gently the 1/3 portion of the flour mixture in, wait until the bubbles simmered down then stir gently for 2-3 mins until the crumbs appear stuck to the tofu pieces6.
