Chinese Chicken Pakora Ingredients 2 lbs of boneless Chicken3 tbsps chili garlic sauce1 tbsp sliced green Chillies1 tbsps finely chopped Garlic1 tbsps finely chopped Ginger2 tbsps Spring Onion bulbs2 tbsps light soya sauceSalt to taste1/4 cup Coriander leaves1/2 cup Corn starch1/2 cup all purpose Flour1 egg1 tsp Baking powder Method Cut the Chicken into small pieces so they cook fast in the hot oil laterAdd the Chili garlic sauce, chillies, ginger and garlic and spring onionsAdd the soya sauce, salt and coriander leaves and mix well and marinate overnight.Mix the cornstarch and all purpose flour.Just before use, add the baking powderAdd the chicken and egg in the dry mixture and mix well.
