In a pan, heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add in the brocolli and fry on a high flame for a few minutes, before lowering to a medium flame.2. Add in the oyster sauce, hot chilli soy sauce, sugar and a splash of water and mix until the sauce starts to thicken.3. Once the broccoli is coated, remove onto a serving dish and drizzle the sauce (and the garlic and ginger left in the pan) onto the top before sprinkling with chopped red chillis and sesame seeds before serving.
