Bibimbap Ingredients 4-5 cups cooked rice5 Fried eggs Beef Marinade 500 gr chuck short Ribs, beef tenderloin or thick steak1 tbsp minced garlic3 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp honey1 tbsp sesame oil Vegetables 2 cup julienned carrot2 cup julienned zucchini1 big bunch of spinach2 cup shimeji mushrooms2 cups bean sprouts3 tsp garlic, mincedSesame oilVegetables oilSalt Sauce 5 tbsp gochujang paste2 tbsp mirin2 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp honey1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp sesame oil1-2 tbsp water Steps 1. SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients mix well and set aside2. BEEF: Mix all the marinade ingredients and beef in a bowl and set in the fridge for 1 hrs or overnight3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, cook marinated beef over high heat for 3-5 mins 4. VEGETABLES: Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan over high heat. Saute carrot, mushrooms and zucchini with a pinch of salt until tender, separately5. Soak bean spout in hot boiling water until slightly soften, strain it into a bowl, mix with a pinch of salt and a tsp minced garlic6. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, sauté 2 tsp minced garlic and spinach add a pinch of salt.
