Bakwan Udang (Shrimp Fritter) Ingredients 375 gr all purpose flour75 gr corn starch50 gr rice flourShrimps, peeled2 carrots, gratedCabbage, slicedA handful celeryA handful spring onions2 pips garlic, mashed400 ml water2 tsp saltA pinch of sugar1 beaten eggHalf a tsp white pepper powderHalf a tsp turmeric powderCooking oil Instructions 1.
