Heat margarine, saute onions until fragrant.2. Add ground chicken, stir until it changes color3. Add the chopped prawns, stir until the prawns change color4. Reduce the heat, then add the flour, stir until grainy. Add the liquid milk little by little while continuing to stir until smooth.5. Add carrots, ground pepper, nutmeg powder, salt and sugar, mix well. Add grated cheese and noodles, mix well. Taste correction, lift & chill6. Take a little dough, form into balls and then roll in breadcrumbs, dip in egg white and roll again in breadcrumbs. Do it until the dough runs out. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes, so that the breadcrumbs stick perfectly.7. Heat the cooking oil over medium heat, add the noodle balls. Cook until golden.
