Prawn Mac N Cheese Ingredients

Marinate the prawns:1 tsp-Seafood seasoning0.5 tsp-Garlic powder1 tsp-Chilli flake

For The Mac N Cheese

2 Beef flavour bouillon cube2 Cups of macaroni pasta2 tbsp- butter0.5 tsp-Salt to boil pasta ( optional, helps process the cooking time )Grated garlic ( can use powder too)2 tsp-Plain flour1 Cup of cheddar cheese1 Cup of Leicester cheese1.5 cup milk1 tsp-All purpose seasoning( @jamaicavalleyuk )1 tsp-Garlic powder2 tsp-Black pepper1 tsp-Cayenne pepper

Steps

Boil pasta in salt, 1 tbs butter and 1 cube of bouillon cube and drain.In a separate pan add the marinated prawns and cook for 2 minutes tossing it in the pan. Leave asideIn a pan add butter,garlic and flour and stir.Gradually add milk and keep stirring until you get a nice smooth runny consistencyAdd all the dry spices as mentioned aboveAdd both type of cheeseStir consistently until silky consistencyAdd in the pasta and stir, cook for 2 minutes before adding the prawns. Keep some prawns for the topping (optional)Transfer into a oven dish and add more cheese on the topping and bake for 45 minutes at 200cAdd the remaining prawns on top
