For breadWhite Bread slices 4 cut into 2 trianglesGhee 1 /2 cup to fry

Method For Bread

In a frying pan fry the bread slices in ghee until golden brown from both sidesTake them out and set aside

For Rabdi

Milk 2 cupsCardamom fewSaffron strands fewSugar 6 tablespoonsDry milk powder 1 cupOrange food color few drops

Method For Rabdi

In a sauce pan add milk , cardamom, saffron and keep stirring on low flame for 10 -15 min , add sugar and stir again for 10 min .Finally add dry milk powder and whisk vigorously not to make clumps and stir until milk mixture starts to get thicken a bit … add nuts and mix with spatulathis is the rabdi to be put on top of shahi tukda

For Sheera

Water 1 cupSugar 1 cupKehwra or Rose water 1 tablespoonsOrange color 2 drops

Method For Sheera

In a sauce pan add water and sugar , rose water and yellow and stir for 20-30 until start to thicken .

Assembly Of Shahi Tukda

Dip the beard slices one by one in the hot sheera and set it in a serving dishOnce all set pour the rabdi mixture on top of itGarnish again with nuts and edible silverRefrigerate for 4-6 hours and serve chilled
