Combine all the dry ingredients together and mix with water2. Blend red kidney beans with apple purée and blend with protein and flour mixture (basically everything) together3. Preheat oven to 210 or 200 (fan-forced)4. Grease skillet and transfer mixture to the skillet5. Bake for 18-25 mins (depending on the texture u want)6.
