Turkey Casserole Ingredients 4 cups shredded turkey( I had leftover turkey)1 tbsp olive oil1 small chopped onion2 minced garlic cloves1 large diced tomato1/2 cup shredded carrots1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup born1/2 cup chopped parsley1 can thicken creamy product ( ashes/ puck)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp paprikaCheese for toppingShredded potatoes ( you can shred 2 potato wash and squeeze any access of water) ( I used the shredded hashbrown by @mccaincanada ) Direction 1: saute onion and garlic with olive oil2: add in mushrooms, carrots, tomato, corn & parsley.3: mix and book for couple of minutes.4: add shredded turkey then mic all together5: add the ashta ( thickness creamy product)And the spices then mix.6: take of the heat and move into a baking dish.7: top with cheese.8: bake in preheated oven at 450F for 20 minutes.9: while waiting to bake deep fry the shredded potatoes.10: after 20 minutes rake put top with shredded potatoes and parsley.11: enjoy with a side of rice or salad or both together.
