Take a pastry sheet, then put the one spoon of filling on. –3. Fold it diagonally. –4. Seal the edge with fork. Press gently. –5. Brush them with egg yolks. –6. Place the tomato sauce (i’m using zigzaggy pattern). –7. Sprinkle the parsley flakes. –8. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes. Served.Filling2 can tuna chunks (1 can 185 gr)Corn kernels from 2 cobsHalf onion, chopped finely2 pips garlic, chopped finelyA pinch of white pepper powderSalt to tasteA handfull of cilantro leavesOilInstructions1. Saute the onion and garlic. –2. Add the tuna in. –3. Put the kernels in, also pepper and seasonings. –4. Add the cilantro leaves. Stir until well combined and cooked. safe aside.
